the air conditioning must have been set to 'arctic' because i woke up shivering every night. seriously, i seemed like i was sleeping in a freezer, not a hotel room. also, the gym was more like a closet with a treadmill.

The breakfast included many choices! It had a good selection of hot and cold items. The room was amazing, it had fantastic views. The location was excellent. I felt safe.

There is no room service when you arrive late, also no vending machines exist to buy snacks.

The room was very clean and modern. They chose a taxi from the front desk instead of a ride-sharing service for safety reasons.

The hotel lacked vending machines to buy snacks or water late at night.

The hotel's location provided easy access to central attractions. The room included kids' cutlery plus plates. I had not seen that before. The breakfast selection had many options including scrambled eggs prepared very well.

I would have liked to be able to open the windows in the room. I also think that a mini fridge would have been useful.

The reception staff were helpful at all hours. Breakfast had many options to satisfy any diet. It was quite rich. I observed the staff maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout my stay.
